Requirements
Must:
- Epic certification in Clarity Clinical or Revenue Cycle data models
- Proficiency in Tableau or Power BI
- Experience in Epic implementation
- Strong communication skills with stakeholders
- Familiarity with Cogito SQL
- Epic Cogito certification is a plus
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business units to assess data and reporting requirements
- Develop new report templates from scratch using RWB admin tools
- Implement and manage criteria, dynamic parameters, and custom logic
- Design new PAF columns including networked columns
- Create summaries with various graphs and functions
- Generate explorations, filter results, and save report views
- Construct new Radar Dashboards linking metrics and resources
- Enhance dashboards by creating tailored components and views
- Develop SQL metrics and manage backfills
- Set up SlicerDicer sessions using populations and measures
- Analyze data flow and its impact on current business models
- Identify system deficiencies and propose solutions
- Coordinate testing and implementation of system enhancements
- Document user instructions and training materials
- Evaluate new technologies for implementation opportunities
