Requirements
Must:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in systems administration or engineering, with at least 2 years focused on modern endpoint management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Intune (Endpoint Manager) with substantial hands-on experience and knowledge of Azure Active Directory/Entra ID.
- Expert-level understanding of Windows 11 troubleshooting and configuration.
- Skilled in PowerShell for automation, configuration, and advanced troubleshooting on endpoints.
- Strong grasp of security measures such as MFA, Conditional Access, and Zero Trust as they relate to endpoint access.
- Preferred certifications include Microsoft Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate (MD-102) and Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert (MS-102).

Responsibilities
- Deliver Tier 3 technical support for end-user incidents and service requests.
- Diagnose and resolve issues related to Windows OS, Microsoft Office suite, Active Directory, Printing infrastructure, and basic network connectivity.
- Administer Microsoft Intune, managing daily configurations and monitoring.
- Oversee the complete lifecycle of endpoints, including device enrollment, configuration profiles, compliance policies, and device retirement.
- Manage software application deployment, updates, and patches through Intune and other tools.
- Create and implement security and compliance policies aligned with organizational standards.
- Transition Group Policy Objects (GPOs) to modern policy management within Intune.
- Conduct detailed technical analysis and resolution for sophisticated endpoint and OS problems.
- Collaborate with IT Architects and the Cybersecurity team to ensure endpoint security audit compliance.
- Document all configurations, standards, and engineering procedures related to endpoint management.
- Evaluate and propose new technologies and processes to improve endpoint security and user efficiency.
