Requirements
Must:
- High School Diploma, High School Equivalency (HSE), or completion of a CHS Approved Individualized Education Plan (IEP) Certificate required
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, or related field required
- Equivalent combination of education and experience may be accepted in place of a Bachelors Degree
- Minimum 4 years of experience in information technology within a large enterprise setting required
- Proven experience in designing, implementing, and supporting endpoint solutions in an enterprise environment required
- Project Management experience is essential
- Extensive experience with SCCM at the enterprise level, including application packaging and deployment
- Capability in building Windows images for new hardware
- Proficiency in managing software and hardware lifecycle within an enterprise
- Preferred experience working in a healthcare sector or related environment
- Experience in managing large-scale environments, specifically around 9,000+ physical Windows workstations
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, implementation, and enhancement of enterprise endpoint technologies, such as desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals
- Ensure systemwide performance and security of endpoint solutions
- Offer advanced troubleshooting expertise while mentoring team members in resolving complex endpoint issues
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify business requirements and translate them into scalable and secure endpoint solutions
- Contribute to the creation of new tools, processes, and standards to improve endpoint architecture, lifecycle management, and user experience across the organization
- Support various desktop systems including VMWare/Omnissa Horizon, Microsoft Configuration Manager, InTune, M365, and Imprivata

We are part of the Information Technology Services team dedicated to supporting the technological infrastructure that enhances patient care in multiple hospitals, clinics, and administrative locations. As an Endpoint Solutions Engineer within our Desktop Design and Client Services division, youll play a critical role in shaping enterprise endpoint standards, ensuring our teams remain connected, secure, and efficient. This is a permanent, hybrid position located in Fresno, CA, where you will be given an opportunity to utilize your expertise in a mission-driven health system.
