End User Computing Specialist - IT Support

- Deliver Tier 2 support for desktops, laptops, tablets, and mobile devices within a Windows environment - Diagnose and resolve advanced hardware, software, OS, and peripheral issues escalated from Tier 1 - Assist with Microsoft Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and standard business applications - Perform imaging, deployment, configuration, and maintenance of desktops and laptops according to established processes - Provide support for printers, barcode scanners, label printers, and other devices on the manufacturing floor - Offer onsite technical assistance for production-floor systems, including workstations for manufacturing, quality, and inventory - Collaborate with engineering, production, and operations teams to swiftly address issues and reduce downtime - React quickly to IT incidents affecting manufacturing operations and production continuity - Manage user accounts, permissions, and group policies via Active Directory - Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including setting up hardware and managing access - Assist in managing secure remote access solutions such as VPN, MFA, and remote desktop tools - Document incidents, service requests, and resolutions in the IT service management system - Identify recurring issues and assist in conducting root cause analysis for long-term fixes - Monitor and manage IT assets, including inventory and lifecycle management - Serve as an escalation point and mentor for Tier 1 support staff - Collaborate with infrastructure, network, security, and third-party vendors when necessary - Contribute to the creation of IT documentation, knowledge base articles, and standard operating procedures - Participate in technology refresh initiatives, system upgrades, and IT projects
