Requirements
Must:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems, including at least 1 year with eClinicalWorks (eCW)
- Strong troubleshooting and technical support skills for eCW and electronic health exchange (EHX) applications
- Ability to create, modify, and manage user accounts and groups in eCW
- Proficient in creating and maintaining documentation for technical issues and resolutions
- Experience with reporting tools and functions associated with eCW
- Familiarity with technology policies, standards, and procedures
- Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with various departments
- Ability to participate in training sessions to stay updated on eCW features
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary liaison for all eCW-related inquiries and issues
- Address end-user requests for problem resolution, monitoring support tickets and ensuring timely resolutions
- Guide and assist in troubleshooting technical problems related to eCW and EHX
- Manage user accounts and security settings in eCW as required
- Develop and maintain a knowledgebase to document technical support challenges and solutions
- Oversee local upgrades and feature implementations for eCW systems
- Assist in generating user reports using eCW and external reporting tools
- Serve as the point of contact for safety advisories and communication of relevant notifications
- Support the development and maintenance of technology-related policies and checklists
- Collaborate with various departments to review workflows and recommend system enhancements
- Ensure all eCW documentation is current and accurately reflects process updates
- Contribute to system analysis, testing, and documentation of new software releases and upgrades
- Coordinate the scheduling of maintenance, downtime, and upgrade activities
- Stay informed on eCW features through training sessions
