Requirements
Must:
- Proven expertise in Oracle Fusion Finance modules
- Strong understanding of ERP architecture and integrations, including payroll and procurement
- Familiarity with reporting tools such as OTBI and BI Publisher
- Experience with cloud ERP environments and SaaS models
- 8+ years in ERP/IT Finance roles, including a minimum of 3 years with Oracle Fusion
- At least 3 years in a people management or leadership role
- Extensive experience in large-scale ERP implementations or transformations
- Bachelors degree in Information Systems, Finance, or a related field (Masters preferred)
- Oracle certifications (e.g., Oracle Cloud Financials) are a plus
- Bilingual skills in Spanish/English are an asset
Responsibilities
- Oversee the implementation and optimization of ERP systems, specifically Oracle Fusion
- Lead the deployment of Oracle Fusion Finance modules, including GL, AP, AR, FA, and CM
- Manage system configurations, upgrades, and API integrations
- Collaborate with Oracle support and vendors to resolve issues and implement enhancements
- Ensure adherence to financial regulations and internal controls
- Partner with Finance leadership to translate business needs into effective ERP solutions
- Drive process automation and improvements utilizing Oracle Fusion
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for system processes and configurations
- Lead ERP-related projects such as rollouts, upgrades, and enhancements
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and stakeholder communications
- Oversee change management and training initiatives for finance users
- Mentor and develop a team of ERP analysts and developers
- Set performance expectations and conduct team performance reviews
- Manage resource allocation and team capacity planning
