Requirements
Must:
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant IT experience
- At least 2 years of experience in configuration and enterprise-level monitoring, including advanced troubleshooting of complex environmental or application issues
- A minimum of 1 year hands-on experience with general business requirements and configuring out-of-the-box digital workflow components
- Familiarity with Microsoft System Center Operations Manager and Dynatrace for enterprise-level monitoring
- Proficient in scripting languages such as PowerShell, JavaScript, and Python
- Strong troubleshooting capabilities across data center infrastructure elements, including Network, F5, Operating Systems, SAN, and Virtualization
- Excellent communication abilities to provide timely updates on issues, projects, and troubleshooting

Responsibilities
- Oversee enterprise-level monitoring, including advanced troubleshooting, utilizing Microsoft System Center Operations Manager and Dynatrace
- Manage the ServiceNow Configuration Management Database (CMDB)
- Supervise the ServiceNow Discovery Configuration
- Offer configuration assistance for Hardware and Software Asset Management
- Support requirement gathering sessions and development of user stories
- Collaborate with developers to ensure the quality and design of functional capabilities are achieved
