Requirements
Must:
- Extensive experience in platform engineering and operations management
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to mentor and develop a diverse engineering team
- Strong background in hybrid infrastructure (Azure and on-premise) design and implementation
- Hands-on expertise with cloud infrastructure, networking, and identity management
- Knowledge of DevOps practices including CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, and container orchestration
- Experience with security compliance and incident response measures
- Familiarity with observability and monitoring tools
- Understanding of IT service management practices
- Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and with stakeholders
- Relevant certifications in Azure, CISSP, or ITIL preferred
Responsibilities
- Develop, lead, and nurture a high-performance team of engineers across various domains
- Define and execute the platform strategy to achieve business objectives and customer requirements
- Monitor and report on operational KPIs to executive leadership
- Ensure robust design and operations of our hybrid infrastructure
- Implement best practices for maintaining high availability, security, and performance
- Drive initiatives for cloud optimization and cost governance
- Advance DevOps and SRE methodologies across the organization
- Lead incident response and disaster recovery planning
- Manage relationships with vendors and ensure quality service delivery
- Oversee desktop and end-user support services to enhance employee satisfaction
