Director of Network Engineering

- Extensive knowledge of network infrastructure design, management, and support - Proficiency in configuring Fortigate and Palo Alto firewalls, along with security policies and troubleshooting - Expertise in utilizing Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE) for secure network access and policy adherence - Advanced skills in configuring Cisco Nexus switches and managing data center networking - Experience with Meraki for cloud-managed networking solutions - Profound understanding of WebEx administration and its integration for collaboration purposes - In-depth knowledge of TCP/IP, routing protocols (BGP, OSPF), and VPN technologies - Familiarity with voice-over-IP (VoIP) protocols and systems integration - Experience in network provisioning and effective capacity planning - Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities - Excellent communication skills, enabling teamwork across departments - Preferred: - Familiarity with SD-WAN and network automation technologies - Knowledge of cloud networking environments such as AWS and Azure - Experience with network monitoring tools and SIEM systems like SolarWinds and Splunk - Understanding of network security frameworks and compliance standards (e.g., PCI-DSS, HIPAA, GDPR) - Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell) for automation - Experience in project management and familiarity with Agile methodologies
