Requirements
Must:
- 3-5 years of experience in Desktop Support
- Proficient in hardware deployment and reimaging, along with network troubleshooting
- Skilled in providing hardware support for laptops, desktops, printers, mobile devices, and handheld scanners
Responsibilities
- Provide support for hardware deployments and user password resets
- Conduct break/fix services on hardware and perform software upgrades
- Set up workstations and assist with various applications
- Troubleshoot networking issues and reimage systems as needed
- Engage with different teams to ensure seamless operations
