Requirements
Must:
- Proficient in support and troubleshooting for diverse IT solutions
- Exceptional customer service skills and reliability
- Experience with Office 365, Windows, and Azure
- Familiarity with hardware maintenance and management
- Intermediate level experience in IT support
- Willingness to work onsite 5 days a week
Responsibilities
- Deliver Level 2 End User Support by promptly addressing and managing support tickets
- Document technical issues and solutions for efficient service request resolution
- Assist in deploying PCs and training new employees on standard equipment
- Assign Active Directory roles and perform necessary hardware and software upgrades
- Troubleshoot and resolve reported hardware, connection, and software issues
- Collaborate with vendors for hardware repairs and inventory management
- Maintain software standards and support post-deployment issues
- Participate actively in regional team meetings and collaboration efforts
- Monitor ticket queues to adhere to service level agreements
- Execute various IT projects as assigned, including system audits and vendor coordination
- Manage networked applications and printers, ensuring seamless operations
- Uphold legal compliance regarding electronic media and backup procedures
