Requirements
Must:
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Hands-on experience with Windows desktop support
- Proven experience supporting end users in an enterprise environment
- Ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, and OS-related issues
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-facing IT support role
- Familiarity with Apple iOS devices (preferred)
- Understanding of Multi-Factor Authentication (preferred)
- Experience with Intune device registration (preferred)
- Basic networking knowledge (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1-2 desktop support for end users in a balanced Windows and Apple iOS environment
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and operating system problems
- Assist with device deployments and manage issues throughout the deployment process
- Image and configure devices utilizing SCCM
- Support Active Directory tasks such as account management and access troubleshooting
- Register and manage devices through Microsoft Intune
- Troubleshoot Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) related issues (preferred)
- Conduct basic networking troubleshooting, including connectivity and peripheral issues
- Ensure high-quality customer service while adhering to support expectations and service level agreements (SLAs)
Description
We are seeking a customer-oriented Desktop Support Technician to join our team in a dynamic enterprise setting in Indianapolis, IN. This role focuses on supporting a mixed Windows and Apple iOS environment, providing hands-on technical support, deploying devices, and troubleshooting issues faced by our end users. The position offers competitive pay ranging from $25.00 to $28.00 per hour and includes benefits such as medical, dental, vision coverage, a 401(k) retirement plan, and more.
