Requirements
Must:
- High school diploma or equivalent with 1 year of experience in an enterprise setting
- Post-secondary education in IT or related field is preferred
- Familiarity with Adobe, Oracle, Microsoft, VPN, SAP, and other client software
- Exposure to Azure and Intune technologies
- Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate certification or JAMF Certification: 200 will be required after hiring
- Strong scripting skills in PowerShell, Python, or similar languages
- Experience with desktop troubleshooting and remote support
- Knowledge of Apple ecosystem troubleshooting, including ABM/DEP, networking, and configuration
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Capacity to articulate technical concepts in business-friendly terms
- Capability to work independently and collaboratively within a diverse team
- Strong customer service orientation focused on efficient problem resolution
- Proficient in diagnosing and resolving intricate technical issues
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain prioritization under deadlines
- Commitment to adherence to company policies and continual improvement
- Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking in English
Responsibilities
- Support enterprise endpoint devices across Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android platforms
- Manage and resolve support tickets through ServiceNow
- Deploy software updates and applications using Windows Update for Business, Patch My PC, and Intune
- Troubleshoot issues related to Windows Autopilot and zero-touch provisioning
- Provide macOS support through JAMF, addressing issues and utilizing Apple Business Manager/DEP
- Facilitate the migration of mobile device management to Microsoft Intune and assist with Tier 2 support for iOS and Android devices
- Organize the ticket queue for the Endpoint Architecture Team and act as an escalation point for complex incidents
- Create and uphold documentation for implementations, resolutions, and operating procedures
- Generate reports utilizing PowerShell, MS Graph, ServiceNow, or Power BI to aid in decision-making
- Assist with hardware deployments and keep accurate asset records in ServiceNow
- Collaborate with Tier 3 engineers to implement new technologies and enhance existing processes
- Participate in team meetings and strategy planning to align endpoint management with business goals
- Follow ITIL principles for incident, problem, and change management to ensure best practices are followed
- Undertake additional duties as necessary to effectively support our endpoint environment and organizational requirements
