Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in a related field or equivalent experience, preferred
- 2+ years of experience in a related field preferred
- Relevant technical certifications preferred
- Proficient with Excel, including VLookups and pivot tables
- Strong communication skills for professional email correspondence
- Excellent time management abilities and focus
- Capability to work well in a team setting
- Familiarity with ServiceNow or other asset management systems in an ITIL context
- Knowledgeable in imaging and wiping Windows and Macintosh operating systems
- Excellent multitasking skills, able to shift focus as required
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate expertise with client and warehouse hardware, software, operating systems, network configuration, and server interaction
- Collaborate with end users, technology teams, and vendors to resolve incidents and fulfill requests
- Install, remove, and configure hardware and software as needed
- Manage client issues confidently while ensuring high client satisfaction
- Effectively prioritize tasks and escalate issues when necessary
- Respond to customer requests and issues as assigned
- Accurately maintain asset records using the ServiceNow platform
- Assist the Tier 2+ Client Services team in a client-facing role during a technology refresh project for 6 months, addressing hardware and software issues, assisting with PC deployments, and tracking assets in the management system
- Engage with clients directly in a walk-up IT clinic environment
