Requirements
Must:
- Strong interpersonal abilities and effective communication skills for interacting with client staff.
- Capable of functioning both in a team environment and independently, exhibiting problem-solving skills.
- Proven experience in imaging and configuring PC systems.
- Proficient in common hardware break-fix and software installation techniques.
- Basic troubleshooting expertise for end-user network issues, including network adapters, wireless connections, and VPN clients.
- Familiar with providing support for Windows 10 operating systems.
- Experienced in Microsoft Office suite installations, repairs, and general application support, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Knowledgeable in using end Help Desk ticketing systems.
- Ability to support mobile devices, including Android and iOS.
Responsibilities
- Provide hardware and software break-fix support for Workstation systems, including Windows 10 and 11.
- Manage installations, relocations, modifications, and changes (IMAC) for PCs.
- Create and deploy images in support of break-fix requirements.
- Conduct asset recovery and asset tagging activities.
- Offer printer support and assistance to the Client Center (Tech Bar).
- Update and maintain IT Service Management records.
- Guide end users to mobile device return drop-off locations.
- Package mobile devices for shipment to disposal vendors.
- Assist with other client support activities to ensure seamless workstation operations and enhance customer satisfaction.
