Requirements
Must:
- Background in construction, warehouse, low-voltage, or hands-on labor roles
- Familiarity with tools and ability to follow instructions
- Motivation to learn about structured cabling and data center infrastructure
- Willingness to work long hours and demonstrate reliability
- Comfort in industrial settings and ability to be on your feet for extended periods
- Already possessing or willingness to obtain OSHA 10 Certification
Responsibilities
- Pull, dress, and label Cat5e/Cat6 cabling in accordance with industry standards (TIA/EIA)
- Assist with the termination of RJ45 connectors and patch panels with guidance
- Perform cable labeling and identification to ensure organization and traceability
- Learn to complete basic punch-downs for telecom blocks
- Support cable testing using standard industry tools under supervision
- Gain experience with fiber optic cabling, including proper handling and dressing
- Adhere to job-site safety protocols while maintaining a clean workspace
- Follow directions from senior technicians and supervisors while learning the craft

This position allows you to transition from a field or warehouse environment, providing valuable on-the-job training alongside experienced technicians. Our 58-hour work week offers consistent overtime, with a pay range of $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
