Requirements
Must:
- Familiarity with hyperscaler technology, liquid cooling, and AI/ML hosts, particularly GPU-based systems.
- Solid understanding of networking concepts (OSI layers 1-3, TCP/UDP, DHCP handshake, subnetting) and practical hardware experience, especially with home labs or GPU architecture.
- 2-3+ years of relevant IT experience, including previous work in Data Center or Cabling environments.
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Willingness to commute to Boardman, Umatilla, and Hermiston, OR.
- Availability to work overtime as necessary.
Responsibilities
- Conduct diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repair on server hardware and networking devices.
- Perform routine hardware installations, upgrades, and decommissioning activities.
- Monitor system alerts and address issues, escalating as required.
- Keep precise documentation of tasks completed and inventory used.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure operational effectiveness.

We are a large Data Center located in Hermiston, OR, seeking multiple Data Center Technicians Level 2 to join our team for an exciting opportunity. This is a fully onsite position with a pay range of $24.00 - $29.00 per hour, along with benefits that may include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), life insurance, and more, depending on eligibility.
