Requirements
Must:
- Associates degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- 0-3 years of experience in technical support or a related area
- Proficiency in hardware repair, break-fix, and computer repair
- Basic understanding of computer hardware and networking
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to thrive under pressure and manage multiple priorities
- Capacity to lift up to 50 lbs and work in confined spaces or elevated locations
- Valid drivers license and access to a vehicle
- Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation and occasional travel
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to end users for various hardware and network issues
- Identify, analyze, and resolve technical problems in a timely manner
- Respond to support requests via phone, email, and in-person
- Document, track, and monitor issues until resolution
- Install equipment and create necessary documentation
- Collaborate with team members while also working independently
- Innovate solutions to complex problems within the Data Center environment
