Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience
- Over 10 years of progressive IT experience
- More than 10 years in systems support, integration, or design
- Familiarity with data center operations and network management
- Strong knowledge of virtualization technologies such as VMware
- Experience with Windows Server and Active Directory
- Proficiency in Cisco networking (routers and switches)
- Project management skills in infrastructure initiatives
- Preferred certifications: MCSA, CCNA, CCNP, VMware Certified Professional, Azure Administrator or AWS Administrator
Responsibilities
- Ensure the reliability and stability of the enterprise infrastructure across 150+ locations
- Oversee the operational management of data center and core network services
- Collaborate closely with internal IT leadership and a managed service provider
- Guide high-level architectural discussions and decisions
- Monitor and ensure that the managed services partner meets SLAs and performance expectations
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with technical teams, leadership, and external vendors
- Adapt to a fast-paced, process-oriented environment
