Requirements
Must:
- Minimum of 4 years experience in a data center setting
- Proven expertise in racking and stacking servers, routers, and switches
- Strong understanding of wiring, cabling, and equipment configuration
- Proficient in data center operations and network troubleshooting
- Familiarity with technologies such as Palo Alto, Cisco, Microsoft, and Dell
- Ability to learn swiftly and adapt to project demands
Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on support in the data center environment
- Assist in the setup and configuration of networking equipment
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as they arise
- Collaborate with a Tier 3 resource for training and guidance
- Maintain organized records of technology installations and configurations
