Requirements
Must:
- Active DoD clearance (Secret, Top Secret, Top Secret/SCI) is mandatory
- U.S. Citizenship is a prerequisite
- Basic knowledge of IT ticketing processes and data analytics
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in a related field
- Entry-level position, suitable for those starting their career
Responsibilities
- Monitor and report on performance standards and trouble ticket management for a 24/7 Operations Center
- Collaborate with the Data Collection Services team to ensure compliance with functional processes
- Analyze workflows to identify areas for improvement and assist in developing process changes
- Ensure ticket queues are accurately monitored, updated, and analyzed for contract performance goals
- Respond to ad-hoc requests from team leads in a timely manner
- Utilize reporting data to identify solutions for routine issues
Description
