Requirements
Must:
- 3+ years of practical experience in data center operations (break/fix, deployment, troubleshooting)
- Experience with GPU deployment is highly advantageous
- Proficiency in hardware installation, cabling (Cat5, Cat6, fiber), and network troubleshooting
- Strong leadership abilities and a passion for managing intricate projects
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including day or night shifts, and travel as needed
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and swiftly resolve issues related to servers, GPUs, and networks
- Deploy, rack, stack, and connect hardware efficiently
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and project timelines
- Manage support tickets and keep detailed records of achievements using digital tools
- Mentor colleagues and contribute to project success
- Engage with advanced technology in a large-scale data center
