Requirements
Must:
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a data center environment
- Hands-on expertise in troubleshooting server hardware
- Familiarity with circuit board deployment and diagnostics
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and network services
- Ability to create comprehensive documentation
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Effective communication abilities
Responsibilities
- Resolve customer inquiries through support tickets from initiation to completion with minimal supervision
- Support operations and IT systems within the data center
- Provide technical and operational assistance related to colocation and network products
- Maintain and support internal networks, IT infrastructure, and electronic systems
- Install and deploy IT and networking hardware as needed

We are looking for Intermediate and Expert Level Data Center Technicians to join our team in Goodyear, AZ. This is a fully onsite contract position offering a pay rate of $27.00/hr.
