Requirements
Must:
- Basic to intermediate system administration expertise

- Strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot hardware infrastructure issues

Responsibilities
- Act as a key resolver for support team issues
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex hardware challenges
- Share knowledge of technologies with team members
- Support various aspects of the equipment used in the data center
- Maintain effective communication and teamwork with colleagues
- Adjust performance and behavior based on feedback received
- Manage shifts as scheduled, including night shifts and holidays
