Requirements
Must:
- 1-3+ years of experience in a data center, network, or infrastructure technician capacity
- Practical experience with fiber optic and structured cabling
- Skill in rack and stack procedures for servers and network equipment
- Knowledge of network hardware (Cisco, Juniper, Arista, Dell, etc.)
- Proficient in utilizing cable testing tools and basic networking diagnostic methods
- Ability to interpret and execute technical diagrams and cabling schematics
- Comfortable operating in a high-stakes, 24/7 environment
Responsibilities
- Execute rack and stack installations of servers, network devices, PDUs, and other hardware
- Install, terminate, test, and troubleshoot fiber optic and copper cabling (SMF, MMF, CAT5/6)
- Label, dress, and document cabling according to data center standards
- Provide support for network devices such as switches, routers, firewalls, and load balancers
- Assist in device provisioning, hardware replacements, and maintenance tasks
- Conduct troubleshooting and connectivity assessments (light levels, continuity, loopback tests)
- Maintain precise documentation including rack layouts, port mappings, and cable matrices
- Adhere to change management, safety, and security protocols
- Collaborate with networking, systems, and facilities teams during deployments and maintenance
- Assist with inventory control, asset tracking, and equipment lifecycle management

Based in Tulsa, OK, this role operates on Monday to Friday, with potential Saturday hours in the near future. We offer competitive pay ranging from $34.00 to $37.00 per hour and a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and more.
