Requirements
Must:
- Associates degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- 0-3 years of experience in technical support or a similar area
- Familiarity with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the industry
- Strong troubleshooting skills in hardware and networking
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to handle multiple priorities under pressure
- Basic understanding of computer hardware and networking
- Capability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in confined or elevated spaces
- Valid drivers license and vehicle required
- Willingness to participate in on-call rotations
- Some travel may be necessary
Responsibilities
- Provide troubleshooting support to end users for a variety of technical issues
- Identify, research, and resolve technical problems
- Respond to requests for technical assistance via phone and email
- Document, track, and monitor issues to ensure timely resolutions
- Install equipment and create comprehensive documentation
- Develop innovative solutions to complex problems within the Data Center
- Work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
- Prioritize and organize tasks effectively to meet deadlines
