Requirements

- Experience with PC desktop applications
Responsibilities
- Resolve exceptions within AMI systems
- Ensure accurate and timely flow of meter data
- Issue field service orders in the OMNI system for troubleshooting
- Propose and implement process enhancements to minimize exceptions
- Collaborate with IT, field operations, and customer service teams to address issues
- Provide support for maintenance, upgrades, and enhancements of AMI functionality
- Assist with the AMI opt-out process
- Resolve discrepancies between work order management and billing systems
- Investigate meter events and alarms for timely resolution
- Analyze causes of exceptions in meter data
- Evaluate methods, policies, and technologies related to AMI activities
