Requirements
Must:
- Proficiency in Power BI
- Expertise in Business and Data Analysis
- Familiarity with DevOps practices
- Advanced skills in Excel
- Experience evaluating Power BI reports, semantic models, and dashboards, focusing on measure logic and data model integrity
- Strong capability to enhance reporting artifacts to align with current business needs
- Proficiency in writing and maintaining complex DAX measures, including time intelligence patterns and dynamic calculations
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with teams to assess and enhance existing Power BI reports and dashboards
- Evaluate measure logic and data model integrity within People Analytics workspaces
- Develop complex DAX measures against fact tables, utilizing iterator functions and parameter-driven calculations
- Work alongside stakeholders to ensure reporting meets current business requirements
