Dashboard Developer - BI Tools

- Bachelors degree in a relevant technical discipline from an accredited institution - Over 4 years of relevant experience through coursework and internships - Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python, Java, or SQL) and familiarity with HTML and JavaScript - Experience with distributed version control tools like Git and Bitbucket - Understanding of software engineering principles, theories, and concepts - Experience in software development within a UNIX command line environment - Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration in a virtual team - Eligibility to obtain an interim Secret DoD Security clearance before start date - Ability to secure Security+ certification or an equivalent DoD 8570 IAT II certification within 14 days of starting - Willingness to commute to Scott AFB, IL, Ft. Meade, MD, or Ogden, UT two to three times a week for on-site support - Minimum of 2 years of experience in UX/UI architecture, design, development, and delivery - At least 1 year of direct experience in creating and deploying dashboards using the Elastic stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana, and Beats) - Experience in developing data-driven operational capabilities within a DoD context - Capacity to work effectively within a highly technical and dynamic team environment - Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Git repositories - Strong written and verbal communication capabilities for interacting with various stakeholders - Ability to meet strict deadlines and manage projects efficiently - Collaborative mindset, able to work with individuals across diverse technical backgrounds - Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and best practices - Attention to detail and precision in work - Strong communication skills are essential for this role.
