Cybersecurity Project Manager

- Lead comprehensive management of complex infrastructure and security projects, including cloud migrations and security tool implementations. - Define project scope, objectives, timelines, resource allocation, and budgets in partnership with stakeholders and technical teams. - Proactively manage risks, issues, and changes to ensure minimal disruption to operations and alignment with business priorities. - Oversee the implementation and upgrades of network, server, and storage infrastructure, ensuring adherence to availability, scalability, and security standards. - Support cybersecurity initiatives such as IAM, SIEM integration, endpoint protection, and compliance with standards like NIST and ISO. - Collaborate with cloud architects and security engineers to develop hybrid and cloud-native solutions. - Serve as a vital communication link between technical teams and business units, translating technical insights into business implications. - Provide consistent project updates, dashboards, and reports to IT leadership and executive stakeholders. - Facilitate project meetings and maintain task tracking and documentation for transparency and accountability. - Champion project management best practices, including Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies across infrastructure and security efforts. - Contribute to post-project evaluations and documentation of lessons learned to foster continuous improvement. - Support governance activities such as audit readiness, compliance tracking, and policy enforcement.
