Requirements
Must:
- 2-4 years of experience as a NetIQ Developer in NetIQ/OpenText
- Proven expertise in Identity and Access Management (IAM)
- Strong proficiency in Java, with 5+ years in enterprise settings
- Experience in scripting languages such as Bash, Python, or Perl for 5+ years
- Familiarity with IAM tools including OpenText Identity Manager, SailPoint IIQ, and Oracle Identity Manager
- Adept with REST/SOAP APIs and web development technologies (HTML, JSP, CSS, JavaScript, PHP)
- Background in financial or insurance sectors is advantageous
- Knowledge of Risk and Compliance frameworks, including PCI, SOX, and HIPAA
- Familiarity with the NIST Cyber Security Framework is desirable
- Relevant certifications (CISSP, CISM, CEH) are a plus
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain IAM solutions and systems using NetIQ/OpenText
- Manage and troubleshoot provisioning and access management systems
- Conduct root cause and impact analyses to resolve identity and access issues
- Produce detailed technical documentation, including design and configuration guides
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective project execution
- Organize work efforts and follow established procedures for high-quality outcomes
- Monitor project dependencies and ensure thorough verification of work
- Prioritize tasks efficiently to meet deadlines with an urgency for completion
- Implement DevOps tools and practices to enhance development methodologies
- Engage in industry trends and developments related to IAM and Cybersecurity
