Connectivity Engineer - Network Specialist

- Develop and maintain project scopes, schedules, and milestones for site initiatives - Collaborate with project management teams throughout all phases of project lifecycles - Analyze ongoing projects to identify efficiencies in budget and schedule, documenting insights for future use - Support the project controls team with forecasting and managing budgets as needed - Share project statuses with relevant teams to ensure smooth transitions and handoffs - Track milestones for equipment purchases and support contractor selection for cabling work - Report project progress and risks to key stakeholders regularly - Coordinate with installation partners to establish project milestones and conduct pre-planning - Identify and address project risks and high-priority issues proactively - Manage project change order requests and ensure adherence to timelines - Ensure quality standards are met through vendor inspections during data center lifecycle - Lead technical evaluations of designs and installations, clarifying scope as necessary - Resolve scope gaps and technical clashes by partnering with design and engineering teams - Communicate effectively with construction partners to ensure project deliverables are met - Oversee vendor compliance with safety regulations and promote a safety-first culture
