Requirements

Must:
- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, or equivalent hands-on experience - Over 3 years of experience in data center connectivity during commissioning, QA/QC, or turnover phases - Strong practical knowledge of fiber optic infrastructure, structured cabling, and low-voltage systems - Demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret test results, as-built documents, and commissioning paperwork - Experience conducting field audits, inspections, or technical acceptance reviews - Willingness to work on-site in active construction settings and travel between sites

- Direct connectivity commissioning efforts for new data centers and major expansions - Confirm the completion and readiness of fiber and structured cabling installations prior to handoff - Execute technical audits and field inspections to ensure contractor compliance with our standards and documentation - Review and approve fiber test results, including OTDR, ILM, and power testing, along with commissioning reports - Identify installation issues, quality concerns, or readiness deficiencies and drive resolutions - Collaborate with construction managers, commissioning agents, and vendors to address punch-list items related to connectivity - Validate labeling, pathways, grounding, room readiness (MMRs, MDFs, IDFs), and cable management - Take part in network readiness evaluations and go-live approvals - Ensure all connectivity assets are fully documented, tested, and accepted before handing over to operations - Capture lessons learned and contribute to the ongoing enhancement of commissioning and audit standards

This position is a full-time contract role with a duration of 30 months, starting in March 2026.
