Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience in enterprise networking
- Proficiency with routing and switching within medium to large enterprise environments (preferably with Cisco)
- Strong grasp of routing and switching protocols
- On-call responsibilities expected
- Familiarity with Cisco Firepower, SD-WAN, Cisco DNA Center, Cisco ISE, Cisco Wireless, and Palo Alto is advantageous
- Bachelors degree in IT or a related field with 4-6+ years of experience in Network Enterprise or 8+ years of relevant experience
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the IT IO Data Networking team to deliver technical support and ensure compliance for enterprise network systems
- Provide resolutions and support for networking issues
- Maintain, configure, and optimize networking equipment
- Monitor network performance and implement improvements as needed
- Assist with documentation related to network configurations and processes
