Requirements
Must:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Change Analyst, Change Manager, or Change Coordinator leading change initiatives.
- Proven track record in comprehensive change management for large-scale, complex programs with simultaneous projects, including all phases from impact assessments to implementation and sustainment.
- Strong ability to collaborate effectively with all organizational levels, including senior leadership, while managing stakeholder communications and engagement strategies.
