Requirements
Must:
- Over 5 years of experience in analytics, with at least 3 years concentrating on CRM or lifecycle marketing analytics
- Exceptional capability to convert intricate data into understandable, persuasive insights for both technical and non-technical audiences
- Meticulous attention to detail and proficiency in operating within established analytical and reporting frameworks
- Quick adaptability in a dynamic, high-volume setting
- Collaborative and proactive attitude with a strong analytical curiosity
- Familiarity with data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau)
- Experience with marketing automation tools like Braze, including knowledge of segmentation logic, data architectures, and performance analysis
- Understanding of data pipeline orchestration tools (e.g., Airflow or similar)
- Background in using dbt for data modeling and transformation
- Proficiency in Python for data modeling, analysis, or predictive analytics (preferred)
- Strong skills in Excel or Google Sheets.
Responsibilities
- Support performance tracking, reporting, and enhancement of email, push, and in-app messaging initiatives
- Analyze lifecycle campaigns and measure incremental growth
- Provide actionable insights aimed at boosting subscription acquisition and retention
- Take charge of significant analytical projects and maintain automated dashboards
- Strengthen testing and evaluation frameworks within a large-scale CRM program for subscription or SVOD businesses
