Responsibilities
- Provide configuration and support for SAP SD: Design, enhance, and maintain SAP SD functionalities including sales order management, third-party orders, quoting, pricing, and available-to-promise (ATP) processes.
- Lead requirements gathering sessions and offer technical insight on system options and their implications.
- Create functional specifications, oversee testing processes, secure approvals, and assist in deploying configurations to production environments.
- Coordinate and manage small to large-scale projects within the Sales & Distribution application landscape, collaborating with various cross-functional teams to achieve objectives.
- Act as an escalation point for complicated issues, conducting root cause analysis and developing corrective action strategies.
- Maintain open lines of communication regarding incidents, problems, risks, and the status of resolutions with stakeholders.
- Identify chances for enhancing global standardization and improving organizational efficiencies.
- Ensure that technical designs, analyses, metrics, and application documentation are kept in line with business strategy and roadmaps.
