Requirements
Must:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- College degree preferred but not required
- Entry-level role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong customer service skills
- Analytical skills with a focus on problem-solving
- Understanding of metering infrastructure and data management
Responsibilities
- Address exceptions between the work order management system and the billing system
- Review OMNI and MATS notes, validate property details via Google Maps
- Contact customers, landlords, or property managers as needed
- Coordinate appointments and create work orders to facilitate exchanges
- Consult with deployment supervisors for additional field visits when necessary
- Make a minimum of two additional call attempts
- Perform in-person outreach for cold calls
- Adjust priorities in the queue to focus on viable cases
- Participate in final AMI deployment reviews to ensure no missed meter strategy efforts
