Requirements
Must:
- Experience in business analysis and requirements gathering
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies
- Capability to develop business requirements and user stories
- Familiarity with data management and analysis
- Experience with tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, and Azure DevOps
- Understanding of Scrum practices and development processes
- Prior experience in financial institutions or core banking systems is a plus
- Exposure to integration or large-scale migration projects is desirable
- Background in enterprise transformation or mergers is a bonus
- Intermediate level of experience required
Responsibilities
- Lead the intake, documentation, and traceability of requirements
- Collaborate with Project Managers while owning the scope and requirements
- Facilitate iterative cycles of requirement gathering across various business units
- Convert business and vendor needs into explicit functional and technical specifications
- Work in close cooperation with Team Leads, Integration, Quality Assurance, and Business Process teams
- Assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and contribute to test case development
- Report progress to two experienced Business Analysts on the program for alignment and scalability
