Requirements
Must:
- Experience in business analysis supporting digital products, UI/UX, or front-end teams
- Strong grasp of design principles, atomic design, and systems thinking
- Proficient in writing user stories and acceptance criteria (Gherkin preferred)
- Skillful in conveying complex design and technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Familiarity with Agile environments using tools such as Jira, Confluence, and/or Trello
- Exceptional analytical, organizational, and multitasking abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with design tools such as Figma or Sketch (preferred, but not mandatory)
Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with design, engineering, and product teams to establish requirements and standardize workflows
- Foster the development and adoption of a centralized design system across various digital products
- Ensure consistent implementation of reusable UI components
- Translate design intent into clear functional and technical requirements
- Participate actively in Agile practices to enhance project efficiency
