Requirements
Must:
- Minimum of 6 months of experience in data entry or data-oriented roles
- Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets (including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and COUNTIFS)
- Fully bilingual in French and English (both written and spoken)
- Intermediate or advanced knowledge of SQL is a plus
- Experience in a technology or e-commerce setting is advantageous
- Ability to demonstrate process improvement through data analysis
- Strong collaboration and teamwork skills
Responsibilities
- Create, update, and manage product catalogs for merchant partners
- Ensure product data from merchants is accurately formatted according to internal standards
- Work with large datasets utilizing Google Sheets and Excel
- Execute and analyze basic pre-written SQL queries as necessary
- Identify and resolve data-related issues and catalog inconsistencies
- Collaborate with internal teams to guarantee timely and precise product listings
- Contribute to ongoing improvements in data quality and catalog operations
Description
We are an international e-commerce organization looking for a French Bilingual Catalog Specialist to join our International New Verticals Catalog team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and updating product catalogs for retail partners across Canada. Your efforts will ensure that merchant product data is accurately represented on our online platform quickly and consistently. This position, which allows remote work from anywhere in Canada, involves working with extensive data sets, standardizing product information, and adhering to our internal catalog formatting requirements. We provide an entry-level opportunity with the potential for contract renewal or transition to a permanent position.
