Requirements

Must:
- Bachelors Degree - Over 7 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst in a Data Warehouse setting - More than 3 years of experience using SQL for ad-hoc queries and data analysis - Preferred: 5+ years in the financial services sector (banking) - Preferred: 5+ years of experience with Snowflake and AWS S3 - Preferred: 5+ years in data modeling activities utilizing Erwin or other modeling tools - Preferred: 5+ years knowledge of enterprise data warehousing best practices and standards - Preferred: 5+ years of experience in data mapping, specifically creating source to target mappings - Highly driven with robust organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities - Capable of effectively prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Experience leading other Business Systems Analysts on project teams

Responsibilities

- Act as a conduit between stakeholders, product owners, and team members, providing expertise and insights - Operate within an Agile framework, transforming requirements into features and user stories in partnership with the team - Collaborate with the Agile team, Product Owner, and business stakeholders to gather and document requirements, including detailed source to target data mappings - Work with the Product Owner and subject matter experts to enhance Epics, leading to the creation of features and user stories - Facilitate backlog refinement sessions to elaborate on user story specifics, acceptance criteria, and establish story points with team members, ensuring user stories are well-defined for prioritization - Engage in identifying, assessing, and mitigating project risks and issues - Coordinate with Application Business Systems Analysts to pinpoint and escalate obstacles hindering the fulfillment of requirements to the Scrum Master
