Requirements
Must:
- Proficient in Azure Virtual Desktop architecture and engineering
- Experience in Windows desktop engineering and configuration management in Intune
- Strong knowledge of the Microsoft technology stack
- Familiarity with VPNs, preferably Global Protect/Palo Alto
- Understanding of multifactor authentication (MFA)
- Experience with desktop performance monitoring
- Excellent communication skills
- Availability to work during Mountain Time hours
Responsibilities
- Design and implement Azure Virtual Desktop solutions
- Engineer Windows desktop environments and manage configurations in Intune
- Collaborate with IT teams to optimize desktop performance
- Configure and maintain VPN solutions
- Assist with the integration of multifactor authentication systems
- Monitor and troubleshoot desktop user experience issues
