Requirements
Must:
- Minimum of three years of related experience in IT systems engineering and/or cloud environments
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, MIS, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 cloud solutions
- Experience with server and cloud virtualization technologies
- Familiarity with public, private, and hybrid cloud computing frameworks
- In-depth knowledge of Windows server and workstation operating systems
- Strong project management and leadership capabilities
- Skill in analytical and technical problem-solving
- Familiarity with ITIL or similar methodologies is a plus
- Experience in Agile environments and knowledge of enterprise-level system design are preferred
- Familiarity with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Experience with building and managing CI/CD pipelines
- Ability to effectively communicate with all organizational levels
- Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations and maintenance of our on-prem and cloud server environments
- Collaborate with business units, IT Security, Software Development, and other teams to ensure the secure implementation and management of business initiatives
- Engage in the research and development of technical architectures, tools, products, and processes
- Provide technical direction and mentorship to project team members and staff
- Continually enhance skills relevant to our on-prem and cloud environments
- Independent handling of moderately complex issues while seeking guidance for unusual cases
- Communicate tactfully with internal and external partners to gather information and resolve basic problems
- Maintain confidentiality while working with sensitive data

We are seeking a dedicated professional who is willing to relocate to Omaha, NE, to join our team. This is a Contract to Hire position with an hourly pay range of $60.00 to $75.00.
