Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience in automation and Freshservice
- Strong understanding of workflow design and test automation
- Familiarity with SaaS and DevOps practices
- Knowledge of Active Directory and Entra ID
- Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote environment
- Demonstrated experience in user training and support
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on optimizing processes
- Strong documentation skills for knowledge transfer and runbooks
Responsibilities
- Create and implement the Facilities service catalog, including ticket fields and escalation paths
- Set up and configure assignment groups, auto-routing rules, and email notifications
- Customize the requester portal and develop knowledge base materials
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for Facilities workflows and refine user experience
- Design reporting dashboards and enhance ticket handling processes
- Evaluate existing workflows to identify opportunities for automation
- Develop catalog items and validation processes for Entra ID and Freshservice
- Execute end-to-end testing to resolve workflow issues and improve efficiency
- Monitor automation performance and enhance group management activities
- Document automation processes and facilitate knowledge transfer sessions
