Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
- Over 3 years of experience in executing machine learning and/or generative AI projects, particularly with agentic architectures.
- Proficiency in working with large datasets, advanced data visualization, and developing predictive models.
- Capability to divide large, ambiguous challenges into smaller, actionable tasks for agents.
- Experience handling conversational data, texts, or unstructured information.
- Strong skills in data analysis and querying using tools like Python and SQL (e.g., Snowflake, RedShift), with an emphasis on SQL expertise in Snowflake for data modeling and query optimization.
- Advanced knowledge in data cleaning, transformation, validation, and management of large datasets efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills to present technical findings to non-technical audiences.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, including features like VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and VBA, as well as Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, SharePoint, Fabric).
- Experience in designing and implementing AI solutions, including RAG pipelines and agentic AI systems, with a grasp of LLM integration and prompt design.
- Expertise in data visualization and dashboard creation, preferably with Power BI, including developing interactive reports and data modeling.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Azure is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Develop, fine-tune, and benchmark GenAI/LLM models and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines to streamline data cleaning, feature engineering, and analytics.
- Oversee agent workflows with safeguard measures and human oversight, effectively managing edge cases to prevent unintended actions.
- Prototype and validate new agent concepts, collaborating with engineering teams to enhance prompts and RAG strategies.
- Utilize SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), various platforms (Snowflake, RedShift), and visualization tools (Power BI) to analyze both structured and unstructured data and identify actionable trends.
- Create AI agents and automated workflows to optimize data extraction, processing, and reporting while ensuring quality and alignment with strategic goals.
- Design and implement multi-agent systems for intricate data workflows, incorporating memory, shared states, and tools like LangChain and LangGraph.
- Convert agent-driven insights and complex business inquiries into actionable information for non-technical stakeholders, promoting informed strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with data engineers and product teams to ensure technical solutions align with business objectives.
