Requirements
Must:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in software engineering
- Over 5 years of proficiency in Python or Java development, concentrating on designing and developing enterprise platforms for agentic AI applications
- At least 3 years of experience with Vertex AI for model development, deployment, and operations, specifically with Google and Azure (AWS experience is not applicable)
- Familiarity with LLM orchestration frameworks such as LangGraph or equivalent agent frameworks
- Strong understanding of telephony systems, voice platforms, or contact center technologies
- Proficient in Springboot, Microservices, API, Airflow, Dataflow, SQL, Data, Spark, and Agile methodologies
Responsibilities
- Design, construct, and enhance advanced agentic AI platforms that improve conversational and telephony-based customer experiences
- Leverage Google Cloud, Vertex AI, LangGraph, and modern LLM frameworks to establish foundational AI infrastructure for omni-channel interactions
- Develop reusable and extensible platforms that facilitate intelligent agents across digital and voice channels
- Define technical solutions and code architectures while ensuring the delivery of production-ready code
- Engage in problem-solving and writing high-quality code for building robust, distributed, and scalable data processing systems and pipelines
