Requirements
Must:
- Engineering background with experience in SDLC development
- Proven track record in designing, training, and deploying large-scale ML/AI models in production settings
- In-depth knowledge of prompt engineering, agentic workflows, and orchestration frameworks
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform) and distributed systems (Kubernetes, Ray, Slurm)
- Strong understanding of MLOps tools and practices (MLflow, model monitoring, CI/CD for ML)
- 8+ years of relevant experience
- Strong communication skills to convey complex technical concepts to varied audiences
- Proven leadership skills in collaborating with engineers, product managers, and ML practitioners
- Experience applying data science and ML techniques to real-world business problems
- Attention to detail, commitment to follow-through, and a passion for technical excellence
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and deployment of innovative AI and machine learning solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to tackle complex business challenges
- Drive the adoption of modern ML practices while ensuring responsible AI governance
- Utilize cutting-edge technologies in a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning
- Effectively manage the development of agentic and machine learning environments
- Engage in the design and operational aspects of KYC applications as part of an agentic fleet
