Requirements
Must:
- Completed post-secondary education in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- Excellent communication skills with a desire to learn
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficient critical thinking abilities
- Technologically adept, capable of managing multiple screens at once
- Previous experience in a Canadian banking institution, particularly in transfer department (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Process asset transfers in a timely manner
- Prioritize and address inquiries from various branches
- Follow up with external firms regarding the status of active transfers
- Collaborate effectively with team members, leadership, and internal/external partners to resolve issues adhering to industry standards
