Requirements
Must:
- Proficiency in Windows operating systems and Windows Server management
- Experience with Active Directory and Vmware
- Strong skills in Azure and server administration
- Familiarity with Meraki and Palo Alto network systems
- Knowledge of Autodesk products, especially within the Architecture, Engineering & Construction sector
- Experience with patch management for various desktop applications, particularly Automox
- Understanding of Vista (Viewpoint) ERP and Procore construction management software
- Familiarity with Sophos security solutions and policy management
- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues effectively
- Capability to develop scripts and programs for automation and system maintenance
- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality IT services
- Intermediate level experience in IT systems administration
Responsibilities
- Manage Azure Infrastructure including Virtual Servers, Storage Accounts, Firewalls, and more
- Oversee on-premise infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance of network devices and storage solutions
- Provide infrastructure support for multiple office locations and remote project sites
- Administer disaster recovery systems replicating on-prem virtual servers
- Support security management tools like Sophos MDR and Cisco Umbrella
- Maintain hosted VoIP phone services
- Assess system and hardware requirements for diverse computing needs
- Install, configure, and maintain both physical and virtual devices
- Build and distribute software stacks including operating systems and applications
- Address escalated technical issues for end-users and system administrators
- Document all infrastructure systems and processes consistently
- Develop automation tools for maintenance and monitoring tasks
- Stay updated on potential security threats and vulnerabilities
- Conduct root cause analysis to resolve incidents systematically
- Engage in continuous training to enhance skill sets relevant to the role
- Pursue opportunities for personal growth and skill development in the IT field
